Clear Float Glass


Clear float glass is made by advanced float glass production techniqueand quality material. lt is colorless and transparent in appearances.

Thickness: 1.1mm-15mm.
It can be used for reflective,tempered,hollow,laminated and so on. It is widely used in construction,automobile, furniture,decoration,mirrorsphotovoltaic,cultural tourism,optical instruments and other fields.

Ultra Clear Float Glass(Low Iron)

Ultra clear float glass,short called ultra clear glass.lt is produced by float process,the VT of 5mm is higher than 91%,it interprets the harmony be-tween glass and nature with crystal clear texture and dark blue edge.
The product contains very low amount of impurity particles such asnickel sulfide and elemental silicon so the explosive rate is really low. lt canenhance the safety of qlass curtain wall and reduce the maintenance cost.

Tinted Float Glass

It is made by adding a certain amount of toner which has endothermic properties in thetinted float glass materials. This product can absorb large amount of solarinfrared radiation and some ultraviolet, decrease the irradiation intensity otsunlight, and maintain a certain visible light transmittance. It combine sshading, insulation, anti-glare,lighting and decorative function.lt has a cer-tain energy saving effect.
Tinted Float glass is applied to building doors and windows, curtainwalls,automotive glass, shipping glass, furniture decorative and be used assubstrates for reflective glass.

TEMPERED GLASS
 

Tempered glass referred to as "safety glass". It is more resistant to breakage than normal float glass. If it is broken, it usually breaks into relatively small particles, which are less likely to cause injure.
It iswidely applied in places which have high requirements for mechanical strength and safetysuch as glass doors,building curtain walls,elevation windows, interior partitions,furniture,as well as partitions closed to heat source and subjectto severe thermal/cold shock.

★On-line Reflective Glass is processed a chemical vapor deposition technology(CVD) with metallic coating applied to it during float glass manufacture.It is known for its durability. It can be easily cut,heat strengthened or toughened according to different requirements.
★Off-line reflective Glass is produced by the magnetron sputtered vacuum deposition technique (MSVD)in the vacuum chambers with a homogeneous film metal compound directly on float glass.Different thickness of this metallic film coated will lead to various colors and high thermal performance of reflective glass products.
